Money Now

How do I make money now. Any amount. And yes it would be awesome if you could answer this question in it's crudest form, but the principle I'm addressing is that there are things you can do, even common practices, in any field of activity, where you can near gauruntee a result. The result doesn't have to be glamourus or huge, there just has to be one. I'm not talking about aiming low, but aiming first. The best 'first' result we can get, and by 'best' I mean first. To enter into another abstraction, Perfect is the natural enemy of good enough. That's all I need right now, Later I will need something else.
